6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Generally:

• An advance payment is required before work commences.
• Milestone payments are due upon milestone sign-off.
• Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zivon Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
