Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Zivon Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality software solutions. We understand that circumstances change, and this policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations in a fair and transparent manner.
2. Project-Based Services
For custom software development, mobile app development, and other project-based engagements:
- Before work commences: Full refund of any advance payment if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment and before any work has begun.
- After work has commenced: Refunds are calculated based on the proportion of work not yet completed. Completed milestones are non-refundable.
- After milestone sign-off: No refund is applicable for signed-off and approved milestones.
- Project cancellation mid-way: The client will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any advance in excess of completed work will be refunded within 15 business days.
3. Retainer & Maintenance Services
- Monthly retainer fees paid in advance are non-refundable for the current month.
- Cancellation of retainer services requires 30 days' written notice.
- Unused hours in a given month do not carry over and are non-refundable.
4. Digital Marketing Services
- Setup fees are non-refundable once the campaign setup has commenced.
- Monthly management fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.
- Any unspent advertising budget held by Zivon on behalf of the client will be refunded in full upon cancellation.
5. Defective Deliverables
If a deliverable does not conform to the agreed specifications as documented in the SOW, we will, at our discretion:
- Remedy the defect at no additional cost within a reasonable timeframe, or
- Provide a partial or full refund for the affected deliverable.
Defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party software licences, APIs, or tools purchased on the client's behalf.
- Domain registration, hosting, or cloud service fees.
- Consultation and discovery session fees.
7. Refund Process
To initiate a refund request:
- Email care@zivon.co.in with your project details and reason for the request.
- Our team will review and respond within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
8. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, disputes shall be resolved as per the Governing Law clause in our Terms of Service, with jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
